Refund & Return

Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

All payments made to Blissful Light Coaching & Consulting for coaching services, programs, or consultations are strictly non-refundable once received. This includes deposits, instalments, and full program fees, regardless of whether the program has commenced, been attended, or completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

1. Your payment secures your coaching program place, reserves time in my schedule, and covers preparatory work and resources.
2. No refunds will be issued due to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or a decision not to participate.
3. In some cases, and at the sole discretion of Blissful Light Coaching & Consulting, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future program within 12 months of purchase.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.
